What to expect

From our site, right at the main entrance to the Metro Vancouver's Colony Farm Regional Park, you can ride for hours along wide and flat packed limestoned trails that top all of the dykes. These crisscross the area giving you access to an amazing diversity of wildlife that live in and visit these important wetlands (See map #1). We offer riders quality Norco mountain bikes along with kid's bikes, half bikes and trailers, which our service department keeps in top shape.

The PoCo/Traboulay trail (See map #2) leaves the park to parallel the Coquitlam River before it crosses the base of Burke Mountain, where it connects with the Pitt River, which it follows back to the Fraser River and then back into Colony Farm. Allow 3 hours for the circle trip, which we recommend for experienced cyclists.

Our tours are guided and can be structured to meet your personal interests; whether it is the various Salmon runs within the three rivers, or the many varieties of birds that reside and visit the area, or the river otters and beavers, or the area's history and all from a First Nation's perspective.
