From our site, right at the main entrance to the Metro Vancouver's Colony Farm Regional Park, you can ride for hours along wide and flat packed limestone trails that top all of the dykes. These crisscross the area giving you access to an amazing diversity of wildlife that live in and visit these important wetlands.

Our tours are guided and can be structured to meet your personal interests; whether it is the various Salmon runs within the three rivers, the many varieties of birds that reside and visit the area or the river otters and beavers, you will get a unique perspective of the people and the history of this land.

Specialty programs are also offered. Fitness Classes offer a unique approach, learning to spin by working out on a high end bike in paradise with no traffic. Group specials equal great savings and we can accommodate up to 75 riders. Your group could have a Fundraiser with the perfect venue for a bike-a-thon.
